Chairman – Dr Robert Young 

Bob holds a first class honours degree in Geology and Chemistry, an MSc in Mineral Exploration and Mining Geology, and a PhD in Geochemistry. He has over 30 years experience in the mining industry, gained from positions in Europe and South East Asia. He has been a Director of Minerx Limited (Ireland), Chief Metals Geologist for Shell Metals (Indonesia) and founding Managing Director of Cambridge Mineral Resources Plc, and Angus & Ross Plc. 

Chief Operations Officer – Conrad Windham 

Conrad worked as a financial analyst for two years with a number of junior mining and exploration companies, assisting in their development and understanding and advising upon their properties and strategies. He currently serves as the Chief Executive Officer and founder of Chilean-focused uranium company, U3O8 Holdings plc, and as a Director of Oracle Coalfields plc. 

Non-Executive Director – Shahrukh Khan 

Shahrukh has over nine years experience in project finance, with a particular focus upon the natural resource and infrastructure related sector. He has worked on a number of international assignments with a total value exceeding US$5 billion, predominantly in the Middle East, South Asia and China. He also serves as the Chief Executive Officer and founder of coal development company, Oracle Coalfields plc. 

Company Secretary – Edward Taylor 

Ed has worked in various accounting, human resources, administration and Company Secretarial positions in the natural resources sector. He has worked for Hardy Oil & Gas (now British Borneo Oil and Gas plc), Enterprise Oil plc and LASMO (now AGIP (UK) plc). Presently he has assignments with Yukos Services (UK) Ltd, All Star Minerals plc, and U3O8 Energy Limited, as well as serving as a Non-Executive Director of AIM-listed Beowulf Mining plc. 

Consulting Geologist – Jan-Ola Larson 

Jan-Ola holds a degree in Geology from Uppsala University and a PhD in Geochemistry from Imperial College of Science and Technology, University of London. He has over 30 years of geological experience in Canada, Brazil and Sweden, where positions have included as Head of Geochemistry for the Geological Survey of Sweden, LKAB Exploration Company, and Barringer Research Ltd. He has also been the Exploration Manager for Tetron Mieneracao S/A and at North Star Diamonds AB.
